Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

What are you doing that requires the 2017 AGI? I just want to be sure you're not trying to prepare a 2018 return in Online TurboTax, which is only for 2019 returns. A 2018 return can only be prepared in desktop software (CD/download) and cannot be efiled.
