I file taxes with my SSN and my husband's ITIN. TurboTax is saying his ITIN is expired, but I don't believe it is. It has a middle digit of 95 and it was issued IN 2013.

We haven't missed any years of filing taxes and it was issued in August 2013, not before 2013.

Ignore the warning. TurboTax is flagging the ITIN based on the two middle numbers of the ITIN incorrectly.
