Return to My Info/Personal Info and click edit beside your name. Go through the interview and when TurboTax displays its selection of filing status click on "Change filing status".

My 1099-R form has money rolled over to both Traditional and Roth IRA. But my Online Premier account doesn't give a choice to add only part of the money to Roth IRA.
