I did not have to file in 2017, but turbtax doesn't give an option to file in 2018

I am trying to skip a tax year because i wasn't required to file taxes in 2017. Where do I go to get to 2018's tax year? Please help

Right now you should be filing for 2017, if you need to - you don't file for 2018 until after the year has ended (so that will be in 2019).
