Did you check that link he posted?  From the TurboTax website says......

• On your order confirmation screen
• In your email confirmation
• In your Downloads folder:
  1. Sign into your Intuit account.
  2. Under TurboTax Desktop 2024, select Licenses and downloads.
  3. Look for your license code under the TurboTax product name.
  4. Return to the install screen and enter the code to continue.
