I did not get a 1099G yet for unemployment in the middle of 2020 should I have gotten it already?

Will the 1099G be mailed to me or can I go online and look for it

Some states will mail out the 1099G.  Or you might need to go to your state’s unemployment website and use the password, etc. that you have been using to certify for weekly benefits to get your 1099G from the state’s site.

Contact your local unemployment office.  If you received direct deposit, you could also go through your checking statements and add up the deposits.  If you elected to have taxes withheld, you would need to back into the gross number to report on your tax return.  You need to report your unemployment benefits.  For customers who received unemployment and have not yet filed, we are expecting an update 3/19.   See this link;  How do I claim the new unemployment benefits in TurboTax?  This update does NOT apply to the state tax treatment

The filing deadline have also been pushed back to 5/17.  You should have plenty of time to contact the unemployment office and track down your 1099G.

The 1099 Series are informational reporting forms submitted to the IRS by third parties. The IRS then matches the form information to your tax return to insure all income is reported and taxed. If you do not include a 1099 received from a third party on your tax return, you will receive a notice from the IRS asking why. This is the CP2000 matching notice. If you receive this notice from the IRS, make sure and respond by the date indicate on the notice.
