If it’s only the EIN that’s been corrected, don’t worry about it.
If the IRS or state reject your return on the basis of the EIN, you’ll have the opportunity to correct it. If not, you’re fine.
If dollar amounts differ, you should amend your return, if it’s not rejected for some reason in e-file. Please see the TurboTax Help article How to amend (change or correct) a return you already filed for instruction on how to amend your previously-filed tax return.
IF it's a DFAS 1099-R, and you used the exact form that transferred in from your TTX account from last year (but just didn't have $$ values).......that prior year form you re-used had the correct DFAS EIN on it...so it's probably OK.
