I can't login into my account as I'm unable to verify it. Going through the long way to do it , the system doesn't recognize it and I no longer have access to the number.

Did you use this option on the account recovery website - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your online account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"

the suggestions lead me to a manual entry page to start my taxes, not to login.
