I can not find my TT 2024 Desktop license code

I downloaded TT2024 Desktop for PC today directly from the TT web site. It is asking for a license code, which I cannot find anywhere. I spent at least 20 minutes clicking on anything that looked promising and came up empty. Phone support is a robot and no help.

When I look at my downloads when logged in to my account, it shows 2023 but not 2024.

What have I done wrong? Where can I find my license code?

Hi, VG. That link doesn't get me anywhere. When I go there and click on "From the TurboTax web site", It gives instructions that don't work. It says

"Hover over Do it yourself, then Doing your taxes with a Download, and then select Access my downloads."

I see no "Do it yourself".

It seems that the TT web site does not know that I downloaded 2024. It also did not ask me for payment, so 2024 does not appear in my list of downloads.

I finally got it. Apparently, I managed to download TT without paying for it. So there was no license code. When I took the path to actually purchase TT, it gave me the code. Problem solved.

Thanks for letting us know,  I was going to ask if you had actually bought it yet.   Didn’t know you can download it without buying the License Code.

That page full of .exes must be for people who bought a license but need to reinstall for whatever reason.

Where can i purchase the 2024 business Desktop edition. I was able to download without purchasing it and can not find a link to purchase it so i can get my license code for activation.

If you are buying the 2024 Business Edition (for partnerships, C-corp, S-corp, etc.), you can go to the following page.   Be sure you are on the 2024 product page there.   Scroll down about a third of the page, and you should see the Business Edition displayed as the right-most product shown on the screen with a price of $190 for Federal.

It should show you the license activation code on the order confirmation screen and should also email it.
