I am getting an error when choosing the "pay with credit card" option when trying to pay for federal

How can I get rid of this error? I called turbo tax and they told me to just wait, but it's been giving me this error all day. Says "oops it looks like we hit a snag."

If you are stuck on a screen or it is blank in TurboTax you may need to log out and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. Ensure you are hard-wired and not using Wifi. I have tried everything. Different browsers, through the app, on a computer, cleared everything out. I have called support multiple times and no one can help me, they just tell me to try a different form of payment. But no, my only option is credit card.

Is the billing address on the credit exactly the same as the mailing address you entered on your 2021 tax return?

This is a known TurboTax issue for 2021 and is under investigation.  Please see the info I'm linking below to sign up for notification by email when the issue has been resolved.  Thank you for your patience.
