I have tried everything. Different browsers, through the app, on a computer, cleared everything out. I have called support multiple times and no one can help me, they just tell me to try a different form of payment. But no, my only option is credit card.

Is the billing address on the credit exactly the same as the mailing address you entered on your 2021 tax return?
