I am about to check out and filed married jointly. I t only allowed me to add my W2 and has not prompted me to upload my Wife's yet. Will it after i confirm payment?

No, you can add your wife's W-2 before you file and pay. 

You will add your wife's W-2 in the same section you added your own.

• Click on Federal Taxes,  Wages & Income,  Job (W-2),  Add/Edit
• On the next page select Add a W-2
• Choose your wife's name
• Then, fill out the information from the W-2

Click on Federal>Wages & Income>Wages and Salaries>W-2 Revisit.  Click on Add a new W-2.  Select your spouses' name for the owner of the form.
