I am a resident alien on F1 visa and not eligible to get stimulus, but there is no option defining it so turbotax qualifies me for the recovery, what I should do?

If you're resident alien for tax purposes, in fact you are eligible for the stimulus payments, in other words anyone who pays taxes in the United States as a resident is eligible for a stimulus payment.
