how to view state return before paying tt fee

You are only able to view the State tax return summary without paying the TurboTax account fees.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on (State) Tax Summary on the left side of the screen.
