To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Team, why is it when I go to the webpage to request a refund it simply "doesnt work" after I submit all of my details requested? I need apple instead of windows software and am finding it extremely diffucult to either refund and buy new or simply to switch. I do not have a US based phone number as I am completing tax returns from abroad and am needing to know how else I can resolve the issue given I am not US based at the moment.
