If I'm reading the instructions right, I cannot claim my daughter for a credit for other dependents - she is a college student and made 6000 on campus in work study, and the income limit is 4200. But, can't figure out how to reduce my dependent credit by one (I can still claim my other child)

If she is a full time student age 19-23 who lived with you for more than half of the year (time at school counts as living with you) and did not provide more than half of her support you can claim her despite her $6,000 earnings.
