How to get w2 from previous employer?

You will have to contact the employer to get the 2023 W-2.

How to get w2 from previous employer?

Contact them or the human resources department and they can get you a copy.   Your employer is required to give you a Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement. This record shows your income and taxes withheld.   See IRS - missing W-2
