How to download your software purchase
I installed TT 2022 by downloading the desktop version from the internet onto Mac #1. Now I want to install a second copy onto Mac #2. Mac #1 is slightly newer, running Ventura O/S. Mac #2 is running Monterey O/S.
I have an ID code for the download, which allows up to 5 copies of TT 2022. I had no problem with downloading onto Mac #1. I created a new account on Mac #2, but when I enter the download code, it offers only the PC version of the software.
I don't know if I need to use the same account# on both Macs, or if it is complaining about the slightly older O/S on Mac #2.
Yes you download it from the same account. Maybe Monterey is too old. I don't know Mac.
Mac System Requirements
OK, downloading using the same acct# on Mac #2 is working. But now it is asking me to download Rosetta on Mac #2. I don't know why...
