I haven't received my return yest, will be 12 weeks since my return was accepted on Monday. How can I delay the auto debit for my turbo tax fee until I get my return?

I can not pay my fees until my refund is received. Why would I pay fees when I dont even know if I am ewven getting the services I am being debited for. My return was accepted March 6 and here it is June 22 and no refund and no I do not have child credits to delay it.
