Currently, it will increase the normal pages with CTRL and + or -. If this does not work on the popups, it would be best to submit the feedback in the program once you file them, so we can better improve this. @artoffugue
Thanks for taking the time to reply!
On my PC Windows 10, using the CTRL key and Plus Sign DOES NOT MAKE MY FONT LARGER.
Thank you very much. That was great!
we ran into the text size & contrast issue last night & while I'm not happy it is the way it is, Im glad there are other who realize this so doesnt work for seniors.
here is the official help page for the Zoom Accessibility function in macOS that @jcapps is referring to (Option-Command-plus) (technically Option-Command-"equal" as you are not pressing "Shift")
https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/change-zoom-settings-for-accessibility-mh40579
it works & makes the TurboTax app window twice as big but we had the same issue of the screen jumping around which was disorienting.
I agree with others and sent feedback to Intuit to add font scaling to their app.
I mean there is only one preference to move a slider to scale forms - why not the whole app?
Here are a bunch of macOS Accessibility options we're going to play with:

Does not work on TurboTax 2024 on a Macbook Pro running M1 Apple Silicon and Sequoia 15.3.2.
The use of faint [low contrast] text in the official TurboTax help sections is not helpful, either, to older people. Why is this a "forever" problem with TurboTax? It's not like Intuit just started offering tax preparation software. The software simply continues to become less user friendly and bloated more and more as the years pass by. For 2024 it's approaching 1 GB.
Thank you! This solution does work on my 14" 2021 Macbook Pro with M1 Pro chip running Sequois 15.3.2. But it also changes everything else that is displayed on the computer screen. Thus, a TurboTax user may have to change the display settings in order to be able to see adequately the various TTax display Forms and back again for other uses of the same computer. I'm extremely disappointed that an corporate organization like Intuit has not fixed this perennial problem for more than a decade.
Maybe TurboTax users should start a campaign to get Elon Musk to buy Intuit / TurboTax and begin to fix such issues... .
CONTROL + DOES NOT WORK ON MAC

That's a Windows feature, and some browsers on both platforms also have that feature. Read through this thread, and see if you can use any of the other tips Mac users have posted.

We can't see what you are looking at, so you should describe what you are experiencing to give us an idea. And on what product? If desktop TurboTax, is it for Windows or Mac? If using Online TurboTax, what browser? Or are you using the mobile app such as on an iPad? Instructions for what screen/page? Did you read this entire thread to see any suggestions mentioned above?

So you're using the installed software and not a browser. I can't duplicate that, and it's not a common complaint, so it's difficult to make a suggestion. Do you use any unusual display settings, such as for accessibility reasons? In any case, see if you can make this temporary change to adjust contrast in Windows:
Click the Windows start menu in bottom left corner of your computer screen, then choose Settings.
Then in the Settings search bar enter the phrase high contrast without quotes.
Then turn high contrast on.
Once on, you can select from several "themes" to see if one helps you.
You'll need to undo all that after each use of TurboTax.
Or phone TurboTax Support for assistance so they can talk with you in realtime to see what may be going on:
