A 6 digit Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) is provided by the IRS after you have reported an Identity Theft using Form 14039 in a prior tax year. The IP PIN is mailed to you each year in December or January by the IRS.
Go to this IRS website for retrieving your IP PIN - https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/retrieve-your-ip-pin
To enter a 6 digit IP PIN
Or enter ip pin in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to ip pin
NOTE: If you are unable to retrieve your IP PIN, the 2019 tax return will have to be printed and mailed.

Thanks, but nope, this did not answer my question (my fault, as I wasn't clear)...talking about the 6-digit PIN Turbo Tax sends you just before you file electronically. It finally arrived, but took about an hour and a half.
