You can get a digital copy of your Form 1099-G by signing into your account on the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission website.

Choose Claimant Access.

If you have trouble accessing it, contact OESC’s Unemployment Service Center at (405) 525-1500. for assistance or contact your nearest Oklahoma Works office."
