That help article previously mentioned now says "We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested." So you know, that's encouraging.
It doesn't seem like this is anywhere near a high priority. Guess I'll have to figure out how to print it out and mail it in. Should've done that weeks ago.
@timbomckay I ended up going elsewhere and filing online with no problems. Since I hadn't yet paid when I encountered the error, I needed to get my taxes done asap. I was a 20 year customer. I hope everything works out for you!

I was able to successfully efile my Kentucky taxes on 2/6, even though they had never posted it was corrected. If you have not tired again, I would give it a shot.
Thanks @cjames1926. I just efiled. Weird they never emailed saying it was resolved. Glad I didn't have to redo everything elsewhere.
I have the same problem and the link they keep posting is useless because it says: "We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested."
Over a month now and its like they dont think this is a SERIOUS BUG preventing their program from functioning as sold!
Have you tried again? I was able to file on 2/6 with no issue even though they never replied that it was corrected.
Please try again as this issue has been resolved. If you are still getting an error, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here.
Except TurboTax has deleted that link. You get an A for effort, but the dog ate your homework. Makes me wonder why I bother buying TurboTax. The good news is KY now lets your e-file, regardless of income, in most cases. Its called KYDOR. You need to create an account, but you can use the Turbo Tax form to fill in the KY forms, beginning with Schedule M, and it self-fills.
well, it no longer says "resolved." In fact, the link no longer works. I just used the new free KY DOR filing tool, filling in the blanks from my TurboTax file. Not a great fix, but better than waiting...and waiting....
And how do I leave my email when the article has been deleted? Someone needs to explain to TurboTax that there are a couple of Army bases in Kentucky, and many military go on to state jobs after retiring, then use some of their military years to "buy" credit in the Kentucky retirement system. Perfectly legal. Since the rule changes regarding exemption of Kentucky retirement proceeds changed about 4 years ago, being reduced by $10,000, this affects more people. Please hint that this needs to be figured out. TTax asks the right questions; they just need to follow it up.
I really don't like to say this, but I think it won't happen for 2022. More people have been affected by the $10,000 reduction in the amount of KY pension that is tax-free. All I can suggest is fill out the Turbotax forms and then go to KYDOR and use the free filing tool for Kentucky. No income limit on that anymore. Use your answers from TurboTax to fill out the KY forms, starting with Schedule P, then M, then 740 (the first 2 will autofill the Form 740. Its frustrating, but beats mailing.
