How do I enter stock's acquired date as Various? Because Turbo tax only let me enter the numeric date such as 01/01/2016 instead of "Various".

This does not work for the Oklahoma state return... which my investments shouldn't even be on because I am not a resident of Oklahoma.

did you try just typing v in that box? you will then have to select the holding period in the drop down box'
