If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file. Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.

I appreciate the reply but just to clarify, the heading to select is "Federal TAXES">Other Tax situations>Other return info>Identity protection PIN>Update. Looked every where to include Turbo search for a tab "Federal" then other tax situations. May seem obvious to some but delayed me for some time and Turbo search did not help at all. Moreover, the IRS apparently uses IP Pin (Identity Protection personal protection number} in cases of fraud or possible fraud.
