How do I download my documents in English and not computerize?

The documents are in computer language, not English. I want to print my tax papers.

download as a PDF.  there are many free programs that can open the file.   not sure why you can't open the tax file and print it.

Do you have a different browser to try?   Some browsers do weird things with the TurboTax PDF, and may even try to open it as a .txt (text) document.    If you download a PDF, but it has a .txt extension, change the file extension to .PDF and see if that solves it.   If not, try a different browser to download the PDF.

I get a .pdf file, but it's not the whole file - example, the 1040 is just the first page "disclosure consent."

Where's the rest of it???

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
