Hello! I somewhat have a similar situation. The only difference is i have already e-filed my federal tax. My concern is, was the estimated tax payment option form along with the four 1040-ES voucher sent to IRS? I don't want to pay for this since my employer is already withholding federal tax from my paycheck. looking forward to any response.
Thank you
When you e-file, vouchers don't transmit with your return. Those vouchers would have to be mailed to the IRS. If you don't have a need to pay estimated taxes, you would not use the vouchers.
If you paid your taxes due or if you don't owe any taxes, you would not need to send any payment vouchers to the IRS.
TurboTax set up 4 payments to pay my federal taxes and attached vouchers (1040-ez). I didn’t want to do that, i want to set up payments on the IRS site. I tried deleting them and they are still showing.

The Form 1040-ES for tax year 2023 are for your use only. You can use them or not, it is your choice. The IRS has not received these forms in your filed return so they do not know about them unless you actually print and mail the form to the IRS.
You can use the IRS payment website using Direct Pay or EFPTS to pay the 2023 estimated taxes - https://www.irs.gov/payments
