We made a number of improvements to a rental house and all except the "new roof" are classified correctly. TurboTax thinks the "new roof" is a separate house even though it is listed with the other improvements to that house. I must have entered something incorrectly. If so, what? And how can I correct it?

The new roof cost is depreciated at the same rate as the residential rental property, 27.5 years.
The roof has been using the 27.5 year depreciation. We donated the house to a charity in 2024. TurboTax says we must enter an "asset sales price" whereas we don't have to enter an asset sales price for the house or the other improvements. If we don't, TurboTax says we have made an "error" that must be corrected.
