How do I change my answer to the first question "did you receive any interest" in "Interest on 1099-INT"? It says "needs review" because I marked yes instead of no.

All you need to do is delete the entry for the 1099-INT.   To delete the 1099-INT

1. Open TurboTax if not already open
2. Go to Federal
3. Click on Income and Expense 
4. Scroll to Interest on 1099-INT
5. Click on Review
6. Next screen answer Yes
7. Next screen click on the Trash Can next to the 1099-INT

This removes the 1099-INT from your return.
