Are you in California? If you want to have the fees deducted from your federal refund there is an EXTRA 40 Pay with Refund service charge (45 in California) or you can avoid the fee by paying upfront with a credit card. That includes Premium Service which has Audit Defense.

You get Audit Defense when you purchase PLUS Help & Support, MAX Defend & Restore, or Premium Services for Turbo Tax Online or Audit Defense for Turbo Tax CD/download

So to remove Audit Defense you need to remove Plus or MAX or Premium Services,

Hello - i ordered a Turbo Tax deluxe a couple hours ago but have a chrome book and am unable to use it...i would like a refund as i am now using th online option

I already had purchased and installed and began using the app.

Didn't get back to it until today (11/28/2021), Placed the order and

when I went to install the app it told me that I had already

bought & installed the app...
