You don't add them until you fill out your 2024 return next year.  Nothing to do now.  You can change your withholding at work now to add them on the W4.

When you add a dependent next year when you prepare a 2024 tax return, dependents are added in MY INFO.  You will need the dependent's Social Security number.  There is nothing to do now unless you want to change the amount of tax you are having withheld from your paychecks by preparing a new W-4 to give to your employer.
