Your Employer should provide you your W2 by 31st Jan. If you haven't been mailed a copy, they may be providing it electronically. Contact any employers you've had in 2022 and ask for your W2(s).

You mean your 2022 W-2 since tax year 2022 is the year being reported in 2023.
