Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund?  (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99)

If you paid by Credit or Debit, check your account. You will see a charge to Intuit in the amount charged.  If you have your fees withheld from your refund you will be able to see that when the refund comes through. Or you can go online to Live Help and see if an agent can get the information for you.

What is Refund Processing Service?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
