Home sale in Foreign country where I lived before moving to USA

Hello, I owned a home jointly with my spouse in Canada. My parents still living there. We moved to USA about 20 years ago. We don't own any property in US and have been renting since. Now we are hoping to sell this property. What are our tax obligations if we sell it. Thank you.
