Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag

Every time I try to file and pay with credit  card, it gives me this error.  Please help!

Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag

Experiencing exactly the same - called in 3 times and getting conflicting info:

1) Servers on TT side have "temporary issue" - will be fixed tomorrow

2) No server issues, let's trouble shoot (clear cookies, caches, etc) and when no resolution, just hang up on you 

3) Oh I've heard this a few times today, must be server issues on TT side - no idea when will be resolved and no way to manually push State download to customer, have to wait for server resolution.

Beyond frustrating.

I too am experiencing this same error. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now I get the error when trying to get the associated state TT software.

Try disabling your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page.

Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag

Turning pop-up blockers off dies nothing. The “hmmm… it looks like…” error persists.

 

This is the solution I seek:

  • Delete my current TT software from my products Intuit page
  • Deactivate my current product key
  • Load a newer version of TTprimier fed/state w/efile  onto my products page (windows OS vers)
  • Check the windows download button to ensure it works
  • Load a NC state (windows vers) to my products page
  • Issue new, working product key
  • Notify me when done

If this is not done, I will dispute the purchase cost from my credit card to get my $$ back. I’ve never experienced ANY issues with TT in the past. And, based upon your “try this” (stuff I clearly stated I tried in prior posts) and “try that” (again, stuff I clearly stated I tried in prior posts) approach to customer service, I’d say there us no customer service. I’m not going to the phone to be  placed on terminal hold… call me… you have my number!!!
