Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Turning pop-up blockers off dies nothing. The “hmmm… it looks like…” error persists.

 

This is the solution I seek:

  • Delete my current TT software from my products Intuit page
  • Deactivate my current product key
  • Load a newer version of TTprimier fed/state w/efile  onto my products page (windows OS vers)
  • Check the windows download button to ensure it works
  • Load a NC state (windows vers) to my products page
  • Issue new, working product key
  • Notify me when done

If this is not done, I will dispute the purchase cost from my credit card to get my $$ back. I’ve never experienced ANY issues with TT in the past. And, based upon your “try this” (stuff I clearly stated I tried in prior posts) and “try that” (again, stuff I clearly stated I tried in prior posts) approach to customer service, I’d say there us no customer service. I’m not going to the phone to be  placed on terminal hold… call me… you have my number!!!
