Help me fix my return it was rejected

Email was just sent that my return was rejected because last years password didn't match. I honestly wasn't sure what the person who did my taxes software used didmt

knkw or remember I created a password how can I fix this problem ASAP . Thank you

This means that some things on your return don't match what the IRS has in their database. Here's how you can fix it.

 

Sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection.
