If you purchased the 2019 TurboTax software as a CD or Download why are you accessing the TurboTax online account?  There is no license code required when using the TurboTax online editions.

If you have not yet downloaded the software you paid for then sign onto your download account - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

Install the TurboTax software on your personal computer and start the program.  You will be asked to provide the license code.
