Have a W2G from Winstar Casino in Oklahoma & the bottom portion is filled out; however TTx has highlighted this bottom portion in red and tells me 'needs review'

When I run error check it says I'm good-what does this mean?

Have a W2G from Winstar Casino in Oklahoma & the bottom portion is filled out; however TTx has highlighted this bottom portion in red and tells me 'needs review'

On your W-2G if there are no taxes withheld in box 15 for state taxes and in box 17 for Local taxes, then leave boxes 13 thru 18 blank (empty) when entering the W-2G in TurboTax.
