What is the error message?

To correct your W-2 box 14:

Sign in to TurboTax Online and select Fix my return.
On the Let's fix your return and then refile screen, select Fix it now or Revisit.
Select Wages & Income. Select Edit/Add next to your W-2. Adjust your entry in box 14.
