Is there a way, in Turbotax, to input all of the personal information (SSN, address, etc) from previous year's Turbotax data?

If you are using TurboTax Online, then by using the same TurboTax account that you used in 2018, all your personal information will be automatically transferred to your 2019 return when you start.

After signing on the downloading of personal information is taking forever (over 12 hours). All I am seeing are 4 dots circling around that becomes a single dot, but no download. I have been using Turbotax Online for several years and have not encountered this issue until now. Help!
If you are stuck on a screen or it is blank in TurboTax you may need to log out and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. You may need to clear your cache and cookies. Please see these TurboTax FAQ's for information on how to clear your cache and cookies:
