Single, standard deductions, no EITC or Child tax credit claimed. IRS accepted my return on January 21st with tax topic 152, refund information. I thought the delays were for claiming deductions & itemized/ amendmended returns.

I have Foreign Tax Credit carryover (for AMT only) from prior yr,but less than $300 this yr.How do I get TurboTax to generate form 1116 in order to preserve my carryover?
