Form 5329

[BPCA]

I need to file  5329’s for 2021, 2022, and 2023.   I understand I cannot e-file these forms.  When sending them in, can they be mailed by themselves or does the entire tax return need to be sent in also.

5329 Forms are stand alone forms because you are able to sign the form. You only need to send the form, not the entire return.
