TurboTax Support has moved

My desktop version of Turbotax keeps saying I have an error on form 4835 and I need go download it when it is ready. According to the IRS website, the form is complete. Can someone explain what I am missing here?

According to this Turbo Tax link, it won't be available until 03/04. This is because the delay is from the date IRS approves a tax form to when it is available in the TurboTax software. This delay is necessary because our programmers needs time to enter the changes in the program and to test the software to make sure if functions properly
