I have an account with turbotax and want file my deceased son's taxes. Unable to figure out how. Explanation online do not work. Help

Create a new account specifically for your son. Do not use your account because you cannot prepare two returns under the same account for TurboTax Online. You can use the same password, just a new User name.
Once the account is established you will enter his income, deductions, credits, etc, just like you would for your own return. In the Personal Information section you must indicate your son, the taxpayer in this case, is deceased and enter a date of death. Next, if there is a refund, then you will need Form 1310. Can I file Form 1310 in TurboTax?
Be sure to select the appropriate selections 'Let's check for some other situations'
I wish Turbotax let you efile form 1310...online Turbotax says I can't do so. I can print out tax return along with form 1310 and mail them in together.
You can efile this form. It might be that the form wasn't available at the time, but this form can be efiled.

You can typically e-file Form 1310, but there are instances where it must be printed and mailed.
I am sorry for your loss.
