Are you using the online version or desktop version? @AM2360
Change your Fidelity Password to something short, which worked for me. I then changed it after the import.
I am at the 1st of April. I am not able to import from Fidelity. I didn't buy this program to spend my time on software fixes. Turbo Tax has failed.
It is not fixed as of the 1st of April 2022
You should be able to import a 1099-B. Please see these Turbo Tax help articles.
Where do I enter a 1099-B?

How do I enter a large number of stock transactions?
TurboTax would not let me import data because I was trying to let Safari autofill the Fidelity password. Once I manually typed in my Fidelity username and password, I was allowed to import data.
Thank you for providing an update on what worked for you; we definitely have seen issues with the use of autofill @JanJen246.
They have not fixed it.
Have you tried the suggestions above to work around the issue? @Eugene steinmann
I am experiencing a similar issue with the download version of TurboTax Deluxe. This year it tries to have me sign into my intuit account first (before fidelity), but the dialogue box is non-responsive. Intuit - please fix soon, I really need this feature to work.
It is also not working for me. Has anyone replied that they were successful a download version of turbotax deluxe?
Who is able and on what platform - I would be interested to understand their experience with the intuit login dialogue box.
