Federal and CA e-file - CA form 565 Partnership Name

I am e-filing my Federal and State taxes. TT Premier download took payment for my CA e-file and then afterwards complained about an error.

The error says Check this Entry and asks to enter Partnership Name for form CA 565. I don't know why its asking this question for a worksheet. Even after I fill that Name I can't get past that error. How do I resolve this problem I am unable to e-File even Federal?

You will probably have to contact phone Support for this issue.

If anyone encounters this I resolved it by going into forms and then click on delete form.
