Error re. Schedule B

I went to Federal Review, which generated the following error message:

Schedule-B - Form 1099-DIV ...: Foreign Tax Sched A Box or Form 1116 copy should be entered.  Return to the place where this was entered to correct the entry. 

FYI: 

- I imported the data from my brokerage firm's website; it did not ask me any question about this. 

- I am using Form 1116 as I have some Foreign Tax Carryovers from last year

How do I fix this error?

Schedule B Form 1116 is not yet finalized for e-filing.  This is the schedule that reports your carryovers.
