Endless loop while trying to e-file federal return

Hi! I’m going through all the way to file the federal return, asks me to sign up for credit karma and I have done both options (return to tax home or sign up with credit karma to track refund) and my return is stuck in limbo. It’s not actually submitting my return. No confirmation email or anything. I’ve cleared cookies and cache. I’ve restarted and changed devices. SOS.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

• Clearing your Cache and Cookies
• Using a different browser
• Opening an Incognito Window

Hi, I have tried these options and even tried to clear and start over but says I cannot clear and restart because they’ve been filed but the irs doesn’t have my return.
