Can I use the EFTPS system to pay for taxes owed on my 2020 taxes?

I filed in February and have a payment plan to pay no later than June 25th. Can I use this system to pay those taxes?

Edit to add: I do not know what form to choose on that system to pay back those taxes.

I also wanted to know what form to choose to pay back estimated quarterly taxes for my food delivery (Uber Estes and Doordash) jobs

Yes. You can use the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System to pay your income tax due. All federal taxes due to the IRS can be paid using the EFTPS® tax payment service.

You can pay your estimated taxes with EFTPS as well or your can use Form 1040-ES. Electronic payments are recommended. The IRS mail is backed. If you do send a payment by mail, send it certified with return receipt so you have proof of delivery.

What form do I choose when I am paying through EFTPS? It asks where the money is going and I have no clue since I do not have a form

It would be better to pay them through IRS.gov. Click here to pay your taxes. Follow the screens and you will be able to select 1040 and the applicable year.
