E-File Failed

I have been trying to e-file my federal and state but kept getting an error message that one of our SS#'s has been duplicated.  I created an account with the IRS on line to review my filing history.  

The IRS is showing a 2019 form 1040 received on April 15, 2020.  This return has an AGI of $1.00 and nothing else but zeros.

What should I do?  File an Amended return? File by mail?  The hold time to call them is insane.

Please help.

Sounds like you signed up to get the Stimulus Check?  

It could also be if you signed up on the IRS non-filer tool to give the IRS your Direct Deposit Info for the Stimulus Check.  If you did then see
